How much will it cost?

As you might imagine, the cost of a service highly depends on exactly how much labor, and the parts (if any) required to resolve the issue. Typical troubleshooting and resolving most computer issues starts at around $80-100, and rarely goes up too much from there unless the issue is more complex or requires new hardware of some sort to fix, which we would communicate with you in advance.

We offer free quotes for all of our services, so the best bet is to reach out and describe the problem you're having, and we can give you a good idea of what it'll cost to fix.

Do you repair mobile phones or tablets?

We repair and refurbish all kinds of computers, and do provide limited support for phones and tablet devices. Some things we do not currently repair include:

- Physical damage to mobile phones (we do fix software issues as well as both hardware and software issues on many tablets).

- We cannot unlock blacklisted/locked mobile devices.

- We can get into locked Windows computers in many cases, but may require proof of purchase or evidence that you are the actual owner.

Many repairs can be completed within a day or two, if not sooner. The limiting factor is often the ordering and waiting on parts - which is why we work with a number of great suppliers who have can get us parts on a rush basis at no additional cost to you. Contact us with your issue and we'd be happy to give you a time frame. If we do need to order parts, you can often continue using your device until the parts come in, minimizing downtime for you.
